Dear Diary,
Today when I got home scout was chewing gum that she found. I thinks shes crazy because first of all she didn't get it from the store. Second of all It was in boo radleys yard! She can sick or even die if it had poison in it. I think she has to stop looking in the knothole because I'm afraid something bad is going to happen to her.
On the last day of school when me and scout were walking back home we noticed something was in the tree. Me and scout went to go see what it was and we discovered pennies. It was any penny it was an Indian pennies. So we kept them.
A couple days after school ended Dill came back. I showed the new game I made which is called the Boo radely game. We were having fun reenacting Boos life. Until my dad caught on what we were doing. After my dad told us to stop we didn't play it often because I didn't want to cause trouble with my Dad. I feel kind of bad for scout because I feel like we are leaving her out. But it looks like shes enjoying talking to Ms. Maudie. I felt bad for her so I let her come and watch what we were going to do to Boo Radely. We try to give him a note. The note said to come out and play. When I was trying to give him the note My dad came and told us to stop. My dad tried to explain to us that if he wanted to come outside then he would. If he doesn't want to come outside thats his business.

School was coming fast. It was Dills last night and me and Dill were going to go look through Boo radelys window. Scout tried talk me out of doing it but what does she know. When we got there we looked in the window and seen a shadow. Me and Dill got frightened so we started to run. We heard a Shotgun shoot. When I tried to escape I got caught into the fence. I was so scared I was going to die. So I took my pants off and ran.

When me and Dill got back people were concerned about the gun shot. My dad asked where my pants were. Dill Said that we were playing a game of strip poker and I lost. He told me to go get my pants from Dill and come back home. Scout tried to tell me not to go but I Said I had to because Id risk my live so dad didn't find out that I lied to him.

When school started again me and scout got to walk home together. When we passed the radelys house we would see stuff in the knothole. Me and scout Decide we wanted to write a thank you note for putting the things in the knothole. But when me and Scout come back to put it in there we noticed that the knothole was filled with cement. Boo's brother comes out and tells us that he did that because the tree was dieing. I don't think the tree is dieing but I think hes trying to tell me and scout something but I cant figure it out what is.
